How does therapy work?
Your therapist will meet with you and help you explore and define your goals. Once goals are established you and your therapist can work together on a plan including how often sessions will occur and what steps would help to reach those goals.
Do you take insurance?
We accept many types of insurances. Please verify here if your insurance is accepted.
What if I need a time when you are not open?
We try to be as flexible as possible. If our office hours do not coincide with your availability, please contact us and we will work out a schedule that fits you. If you are in crisis please call 911. If you are in urgent need of text support please text “DESERVE” to 741-741.
What if I don't have insurance?
We accept private pay or health savings account cards. Private pay sessions are $75 for a 50 minutes.
How long are appointments?
Each appointment is 50 minutes long.
